Steps to add FTP user from Plesk


For plesk version 10 and above
=========================

1. Log into plesk control panel.

2. Select the desired domain from "Domains" list.

3. Select "FTP Access" option from "Websites & Domain" tab.

4. Click on "Additional FTP user account" option from "Tools" tab.

5. Enter valid FTP account name,home directory and password.

6. Click on "OK" button.



For plesk version 9
===============

1. Log into plesk control panel.

2. Select the desired domain from "Domains" list.

3. Select the option "FTP Accounts" from "files" tab.

4. Click on "Add New FTP Account" option.

5. Enter Valid FTP account name,home directory and password.

6. Specify the permissions you wish to allow for the user.

7. Click on "OK" button.
