How do I forward domains in Plesk?


Done in Plesk Control Panel

To forward domains to new domains in Plesk follow the steps below:

 You can follow this process to forward ' OLDDOMAIN.co.uk' to ' NEWDOMAIN .co.uk';

1. Click 'Domains'
2. Select the checkbox next to 'OLDDOMAIN.co.uk'
3. Click 'Remove'

Once the domain has been removed, you can re-add it as a forwarding domain;

1. Click 'Domains'
2. Click 'Create Domain'
3. Tick the 'WWW' box and enter ' OLDDOMAIN.co.uk' for the 'Domain Name'
4. UNTick the 'Mail' and 'DNS' checkboxes
5. For 'Hosting Type'. select 'Forwarding'
6. For 'Destination URL', enter 'http://www.NEWDOMAIN.co.uk'
7. Click 'Finish'
