How do I set-up PTR / reverse dns records?

For security reasons we do not recommend that you set-up PTR reverse dns records yourself and this function is not available to our clients.

Instead we recommend that you contact us at ByteHouse and we will get your PTR records set-up, that way it is monitored and we can ensure everything is in order.

Just let us know with the support tickets and request the records you want to create and we will apply it for you. Once done we will let you know through the support tickets, it may take a little while for them to propagate once they have been applied so please give it a little time.
